2. If you get voicemail leave a message stating your in need of an emergency removal.
3. You will receive a return call in about 5 minutes.
4. Once the technician is in route he will call with ETA.
5. If the animal cannot be located in 1 hour, we will leave a trap, and or return for free within 24 hours.
6. Bats will be tested for rabies at the Board of Health, other animals will be tested if necessary.
7. You will be scheduled for a free complete home inspection during normal business hours.
8. Free inspection will include written proposal as well as a printed warranty.

Wildlife Extractors will come to your home to remove any animal any time. We will quickly dispatch a wildlife technician to capture and remove a animal in your home or office. Any bat captured in a living space will be tested for rabies at the board of health for no additional fee. Paperwork and bats are prepared for drop off by us. Animals are brought to the lab as soon as possible during lab hours. Wildlife in need of rabies testing other than bats will require an additional fee. Injured wildlife or domestic animals are not serviced by our company. Emergency removal are best reserved for animals in the living spaces. Animals in attic or walls will need trapping and our exclusion work and are not likely to be captured during a emergency visit. In such cases we can schedule a free inspection for the next business day. In the event an animal is in your living space or you simply must has a technician out immediately, our service fee covers one hour for search and animal capture at the site, charged once the technician is dispatched. Once you have requested service do not attempt to remove an animal on your own because you will still be charged. The removal fee does not apply to any additional services that may be required.
